Theo Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội tỉnh Quảng Ninh, mức thưởng tết Âm lịch tại các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn có mức cao nhất là 235 triệu đồng và thấp nhất là 200.000 đồng.
Theo đó, thực hiện Công văn số 4625 của Bộ Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội về việc tăng cường công tác hỗ trợ, giám sát, thực hiện pháp luật về lao động, tiền lương, quan hệ lao động trong các doanh nghiệp, Sở Lao động - Thương binh và Xã hội (LĐ-TB&XH) tỉnh Quảng Ninh đã triển khai và tổng hợp kết quả.
Cụ thể, đối với Công ty TNHH MTV do Nhà nước nắm giữ 100% vốn điều lệ, mức thưởng Tết Dương lịch cao nhất là 4 triệu đồng/người và thấp nhất là 100.000 đồng. Mức thưởng Tết Âm lịch đối với khối doanh nghiệp này như sau: Mức cao nhất là 30.000 đồng, thấp nhất là một triệu đồng/người.
Đối với doanh nghiệp có cổ phần, vốn góp chi phối của Nhà nước, mức thưởng Tết Dương lịch cao nhất là 24 triệu đồng; thấp nhất là 500.000 đồng. Mức thưởng Tết Âm lịch cao nhất là 82,5 triệu đồng, thấp nhất là 3 triệu đồng.
Đối với doanh nghiệp doanh dân, mức thưởng Tết Dương lịch cao nhất 30 triệu đồng, thấp nhất 50.000 đồng. Mức thưởng Tết Âm lịch, cao nhất là 100 triệu đồng, thấp nhất 200.000 đồng.
Đối với khối doanh nghiệp FDI, mức thưởng Tết Dương lịch cao nhất 6 triệu đồng/người, thấp nhất 50.000 đồng/ người. Mức thưởng Tết Âm lịch, cao nhất là 235,2 triệu đồng thuộc về một công ty chuyên sản xuất dầu ăn, mức thấp nhất là 200.000 đồng thuộc về một công ty may mặc.
